95% Carmenere, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby in color. A harmonious and complex nose with notes of blackberry, black cherry, black plum, violets, blackberry jam, chocolate, toasted wood tones, leather, white pepper, spice, lightly herbaceous. Adding in the palate, flavors of light green bell pepper, charr wood, vanilla, kalua, and coffee. Juicy medium acidity is balanced by course, medium tannins resulting in a medium plus body, an engaging amount of complexity and a long finish.
